I subscribed through the DC UNIVERSE INFINITE website, how do I create a new Ultra subscription or upgrade my current subscription?

To create a new subscription:

1. Navigate to https://www.dcuniverseinfinite.com/ and click "Sign Up".
2. Create a DC UNIVERSE INFINITE account with your email address and set a password.
3. Click "Sign Up".
4. From here, you should see a splash screen that asks you to choose a subscription plan. Hover over the Ultra option and click "Select".
5. Fill out your payment information and after reviewing our TOS and conditions click agree.
6. Your free trial starts immediately.

If you are already subscribed to a monthly or annual DC UNIVERSE INFINITE subscription created through www.dcuniverseinfinite.com, you can modify your subscription through your account settings:

1. Navigate to the DC UNIVERSE INFINITE site or app and select "MyDC".
2. From here, click "Settings" and then click on "Subscription".
3. From here, select the Ultra plan and complete your payment information to upgrade.
4. Once you upgrade, you will immediately gain access to your new benefits.

OR

Click/tap on any comic that displays the "Ultra" badge.

1. From the DC UNIVERSE INFINITE app or site homepage, click/tap on any comic book that appears with the ‘Ultra’ badge for an opportunity to upgrade your subscription.
2. Once you are in the comic book detail screen, click on "Read Now with Ultra".
3. From here, you can upgrade to Ultra by selecting the Ultra plan and entering the required information. 
4. Once you upgrade, you will gain access to your new benefits immediately.

If you upgrade between paid plans, a new charge will be issued for the Ultra tier and you may be eligible for a partial refund for the time remaining on your existing subscription, pro-rated based on the price difference between plans. Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable. After your subscription expires, it will automatically renew at the then-current rate (plus applicable tax) on a recurring basis, unless you cancel before the renewal. Any benefits, savings or promotional periods specific to your original subscription will not apply after your plan automatically renews.
